HOW TO BOOK

  • Please note that all bookings are subject to a £25.00 Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable deposit.

    The exceptions are Alternative Therapies, Injectables and Hairdressing. At Niksskin we do not handle deposits or manage cancellation policies for those services. Each of these independent services have their own specific terms and conditions regarding cancellations and they will provide you with the necessary information.

BOOKING HELP

  • Appointments can be booked online through our website or by calling our clinic directly on 0151 271 0981.

    To book appointments online:

    1. Visit our booking scheduler.

    2. Choose an appointment type.

    3. Choose a calendar to book on, or choose Any Available.

    4. Choose a date and time from a list of available appointment slots.

    5. Enter your name, email address, and phone number.

    6. Enter your payment information and a coupon or package code, if your have one.

    7. Click the confirmation button to schedule your appointment, and pay if required.

    You will advance to a confirmation page with your appointment details. You will also receive a confirmation email with the appointment details and a calendar invite. You will receive an appointment reminder by text message 3 days before your appointment which will give you opportunity to reschedule if required without losing your deposit.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled online through our website or by calling our clinic directly on 0151 271 0981.

    To reschedule appointments online:

    1. Click Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial confirmation email you receive after booking. This brings you back to your confirmation page.

    2. Click Reschedule.

    3. Choose a new date and time.

    4. Click Reschedule.

    5. You'll advance to a confirmation page and receive an email with the details of your updated appointment.

    Please keep in mind:

    You can only choose a new date and time. Other changes we will need to edit the appointment internally at the clinic so you will have to contact us by calling 0151 271 0981.

    Clients can reschedule their appointments within 48 hours of the original booking time.

  • Appointments can be cancelled online through our website or by calling our clinic directly on 0151 271 0981.

    To cancel appointments online:

    1. Click Change/Cancel Appointment in the initial confirmation email you received after booking. This brings you back to your confirmation page.

    2. Click Cancel.

    3. Click Yes, cancel appointment.

    4. You'll advance to the Scheduling Page with a message confirming the cancellation and receive a cancellation email to confirm.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Deposit payments are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. This deposit secures your appointment date and time and will be deducted from your treatment value on that particular date and time ONLY. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require at least 48 hours notice, anything less than the 48 hour timescale will hold you liable to pay half the cost of your treatment minus the deposit.

    If you need to cancel your appointment on the day or no show to your appointment you will lose your deposit and owe the remaining balance to equal the full amount of the treatment cost. Failure to pay and follow the cancellation policy will force us to not allow any future bookings until the balance is settled. If for any reason you haven't paid a deposit the cancellation policy will still apply.

    This Cancellation Policy is to protect us as a business & staff/time/wages. In exceptional circumstances this policy may be abandoned but only at the discretion of the practitioner for extreme circumstances. Covid-19 positive is not an exception to the cancellation policy and will be treated as any other illness cancellation.

EXISTING CLIENTS

If you have previously booked an appointment at Niksskin using our website and you created an account you can log in to book.

GET THE APP

  • You can download the Scheduling App to book appointments with us.

    Our clients can find the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or you can scan a QR code on your appointment confirmation page. Please refer to the guide below for more information on how to use the app.

  • Clients who’ve downloaded the app can add Niksskin by entering our scheduling URL:

    You can also scan a QR code on your appointment confirmation page.

    If you are a client who has already used a client account with our business logs in through the app, Niksskin will be added to your app automatically.

    To add our business through a link:

    1. From the app home screen, tap +

    2. Tap the Business Scheduling URL field and enter our business’ scheduling URL https://niksskin.as.me

    3. Tap Add Business.

    To add our business through the QR code:

    1. Book an appointment through our website and get to the confirmation page displaying the QR Code.

    2. From the app home screen tap +.

    3. Tap Scan QR Code and, if needed, allow Scheduling to access your device’s camera.

    4. Scan the QR code on the confirmation page.

  • Clients can book directly with Niksskin through the app. From the app home screen, tap our business’ name. The app opens our scheduler, and you book appointments exactly as you do when booking through our website.

  • Clients can use the app to log into client accounts they've already created, or create a client account to use with our business. You can also use the app without logging into a client account if you prefer, but logging in ensures you can track appointments you booked both through the web and through the app.

    To log in:

    1. Tap the account icon in the bottom-right corner.

    2. Tap Log In.

    3. Enter your email and password.

    4. Tap Log in.

    To create a new account:

    1. Tap the account icon in the bottom-right corner.

    2. Tap Create Account.

    3. Enter your email address and desired password.

    4. Tap Create account.

  • If you are logged into a client account:

    The app shows all appointments associated with your client account, whether you booked through the app or on the web.

    Appointments you schedule through the app or via QR code are assigned to your client account, meaning you will be shown those appointments if you log into your client account with your computer.

    Note

    If you book appointments through the web without logging into a client account, the appointments won't appear in the client app.

    If you are not logged into a client account, the app will only show appointments booked through the app.

  • If you use your client accounts with the Scheduling client mobile app, you can request that we delete client accounts through the mobile app.

    To request account deletion:

    1. Tap the account icon in the bottom right corner of the app home screen.

    2. Tap Delete your account.

    3. Type DELETE and tap Submit.
