Nicki's venture into skincare was not merely a professional pursuit but a response to her personal struggles. Faced with the difficulty of finding bespoke treatments and accurate advice, her own skin journey became the catalyst for Niksskin. Driven by a vision of infusing heart and honesty into an industry often perceived as clinical and impersonal, Nicki envisioned a clinic that prioritises individuality and genuine care — skincare with integrity.
First Skin Clinic
Nicki’s journey began by working out of various clinics in the North-West region. As she provided exceptional care and support, she started noticing a growing number of people who were loyal to her and followed her from one location to another. Recognising this dedicated following, Nicki decided to take a leap of faith and set up her own practice right in the comfort of her own living room. Although starting in her own living room may have seemed humble, the decision ultimately paved the way for great things. With her personalised approach and unwavering commitment to her clients this allowed her to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where individuals felt comfortable and well-cared for. Word of mouth spread and her reputation as a skilled and compassionate facialist grew rapidly.
In 2018 Niksskin opened its first skin clinic in Crosby, Liverpool. Niksskin distinguished itself by offering the best non-invasive treatments alongside transparent recommendations, assessments, and lifestyle tips. Nicki established a collaborative relationship with clients, emphasising the integral role of nutrition and balanced living in achieving enduring skin health.
Dreams Realised
In 2021 Melissa Gore embarked on a training journey alongside Nicki and witnessed first hand her passion for skin and wellness. Inspired by Nicki’s dedication and enthusiasm Melissa became equally excited about the prospect of transforming the clinic into a wellness sanctuary. As the plans to evolve the clinic started taking shape Melissa saw an opportunity to contribute and make a meaningful investment in Niksskin Wellness and its future. Recognising the potential and shared vision, Melissa took the leap and became an investor aligning her own aspirations with the clinic’s goals, demonstrating her belief in the clinic’s potential and highlighting her strong connection to Nicki and their shared passion for skin and wellness. Melissa is actively contributing to the growth of Niksskin Wellness forging a bright future together.
In late 2023 Niksskin Wellness was launched, a metamorphosis of Nicki’s renowned skin clinic transcending into a wellness haven. This visionary evolution has been the realisation of a longstanding dream, driven by Nicki's unwavering belief in the profound interconnection between skin health and overall well-being.
