ABOUT OUR THERAPIST

Kate Kerwin Jones is a qualified well-being coach, clinical Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) practitioner. Kate has a degree in psychology and is completing her postgraduate studies in Health Psychology.

Kate spent the majority of her life battling with her weight, unhealthy drinking habits, smoking and anything that would help her to cope with burnout from juggling a busy career in corporate management whilst having crippling anxiety and depression from past trauma. Kate realised that she was looking after everyone but herself, Kate thought she wasn't worth the effort.

Kate worked hard to free herself from limiting beliefs and negative beliefs and her only regret is waiting so long! Now Kate supports her clients in identifying their own limiting beliefs and achieving their life goals.

    Therapist will use elements of psychotherapy, CBT and NLP and hypnotherapy to identify and deal with the route source of the problem. Service includes a personalised hypnotic audio for clients to play daily.
